Well, It's 2011 and we're still going strong. I remember when we first opened our doors in 2004, we had no idea what to expect. I was shocked that in a big city like San Diego there were no good bartending schools. Sure there were bartending schools here, but they just weren't offering a decent course in Bartending. They were nothing more than dishonest salesmen taking advantage of people that desperately needed jobs.

We decided that we were going to be different than other bartending schools. We were going to demonstrate a passion for the craft of bartending and combine that with a skillful vocational training program. The results have been amazing! Our students are out working real bartending jobs throughout the San Diego areas and beyond, and we've been #1 here for 7 straight years.
